How the Process Works
Initial Outreach
When someone reaches out, we listen first, assessing urgency, readiness, and commitment to recovery.
Review & Qualification
We evaluate each individual’s situation and finances to determine eligibility for a scholarship. While support is available, we believe everyone should have some form of “skin in the game”, whether financial, service-based, or through giving back in the future. This helps build ownership, responsibility, and community.
Application & Interview
Applicants complete a short online form and will hear back within 48 hours.
Selected applicants meet with our team, including our Founder, Jonny, whose 13+ years of sobriety and experience in recovery help guide thoughtful, informed decisions.
Placement in Treatment
If approved, we connect individuals with trusted treatment centers in FL or GA that align with our mission and values.
Funding with Integrity
Scholarship funds are paid directly to the treatment facility, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Ongoing Support
We don’t step away after placement, we stay connected throughout treatment and beyond.
From preparation to post-treatment transition, we provide encouragement, accountability, and a lasting support system. When Lost Black Sheep is involved, you’re not alone, we become family.
